Players from the WTA Tour waited for more than 5 months to play a tournament again. Now, the Tour resumes again with the Palermo Ladies Open in Italy and we already know the schedule of play. First-seeded Petra Martic and no. 2, Marketa Vondrousova are the two biggest favorites to triumph in Palermo.

Fans in Italy will enjoy a lot of action also on Tuesday. The second-seeded Marketa Vondrousova will kick-off the day on the center court against a qualifier, Kaja Juvan. Right after, no. 1 in Palermo, Petra Martic will meet Alison Van Uytvanck on the center court.
