Projected Quarter-Finals in WTA Draw at 2023 Miami Open including Swiatek-Kasatkina and Pegula-Gauff

With the 2023 Miami Open set to begin this week, top seed Iga Swiatek will hope to defend her title following her devastating loss to Elena Rybakina in the semifinals at Indian Wells last week.
Swiatek will look to right the ship in Miami, with her projected path to the title seeing her face Daria Kasatkina in the quarterfinals. The Russian has had a subpar season thus far, but could pull off an upset should Swiatek have a bad day at the office.
Reigning Australian Open champion Aryna Sabalenka is seeded second at the event, and the Indian Wells finalist could meet 2023 WTA Finals champion Caroline Garcia in the quarterfinals.
An All-American clash is in the making should Jessica Pegula and Coco Gauff both make the quarterfinals, with both competitors hoping to finally breakthrough and win a WTA 1000 event.
Fourth seed Ons Jabeur could face Greece's Maria Sakkari in the last quarterfinal matchup, with the Tunisian star yet to find the rhythm this season that saw her reach two Grand Slam finals last year.
