Raducanu jokes after staging comeback win at ASB Classic: "Honestly I don’t remember what time it is anymore"

Emma Raducanu lost the first set in Auckland but she battled back to take the next two and proved in good spirtis after the match joking around.

Raducanu was taking on Linda Fruhvirtova, a very talented player who is on the upswing in tennis. She's destined for great things in her career and already has a WTA trophy to her name. Linda played well and took the first set but Raducanu battled back to take the second and then smashed her in the third.

After the match, Emma proved in high spirits joking about the rain delays:

“I think it’s like four hours later, honestly I don’t remember what time it is anymore.

The two rain delays didn't impact her too much and might have actually helped her overall. She praised Fruhvirtova after the battle:

“I mean what a fight. Linda is such a great young player and it was a different dynamic for me because I was usually the younger one and going into this match she is and yes she will be like up there for sure and she is already so massive."
