Emma Raducanu might join a superb field at the Tennis Classic on June 21st to prepare for Wimbledon.
The 2022 Tennis Classic in Hurlingham Club will be held from June 21st until 26th and players often use it as a preparation for Wimbledon. This year, the field of players will be traditionally very strong as it will include players such as Carlos Alcaraz, Casper Ruud, and Felix Auger-Aliassime.
Besides them, we could also see
Andy Murray and Emma Raducanu. Yes, the British phenom won't play in Eastbourne next week but she might play at this event to simply get some action in before Wimbledon. Her injury in Nottingham was not serious but she still has only played a handful of games on grass.
That's not ideal preparation for Wimbledon where she did so well last year. Many will be looking towards a good showing at Wimbledon and getting some playing time in a lighter exhibition format could be ideal for Raducanu.
