Sabalenka believes continued form down to good pre-season after reaching Adelaide final: "I think this is the key"

Aryna Sabalenka had a really strong offseason preparation for the new season and she thinks that the reason behind her really strong season start.

Sabalenka needed only one week in the new season to reach her first final and that is something that she didn't do last year. She took the offseason seriously this year preparing well for the upcoming year and she thinks that's the reason why she reached the final so early in the season. A good draw didn't hurt either.

Sabalenka said:

"I’m happy with the level I played, especially with [Begu's] different game, she’s playing a little bit of a different style. I’m super happy that I was able to win this match. Probably we did everything right in the pre-season. I think this is the key."
