Serena Williams teases fans with hilarious Instagram video

Although Serena Williams has not taken to the court since last year's Wimbledon due to injury, the WTA legend has been dropping hints on her recovery and posted a humorous update on social media.

The 23-time Grand Slam champion posted a clip to Instagram, which began with a focused-looking Williams taking a deep breath as she prepares to make her serve. She looks up to face her opponent and the camera reveals it is none other than her daughter Olympia.

The toddler, holding her own racquet and dressed in the same Nike attire as her mum, is pulling off the perfect power stance as she grins from the other side of the net.

“Really? This is nuts,” Williams laughs before delivering a soft serve to Olympia who playfully swings at the oncoming ball.

"Sometimes it be ya own mini!” the caption reads.

Williams recently confirmed she has been preparing for Wimbledon, one of her favored tournaments, and could even be set to compete in the US Open as well.
