World No.1
Iga Swiatek will be the first to tell you that despite her success on hardcourts and clay, she is far from her best on grass courts.
Coming off her fourth Major title in Paris last week, Swiatek admitted the grass court season, which culminates at
Wimbledon in July, is going to be challenging.
"Grass court season is something I haven't figured out yet," said the Polish star in an interview with Mats Wilander on Eurosport. "So Wimbledon is always a different challenge to any of the other Slams."
Swiatek has made three previous visits to Wimbledon, with her best performance coming in 2021 when she reached the fourth round. The 22-year old reached the third round last year.
