St Petersburg Ladies Trophy Prize Money with $703,580 on offer

The 2022 St. Petersburg Ladies Trophy tennis event is a WTA 500 event with a very strong field of players and a hefty prize pool of $703,580.

The first WTA 500 event in 2022 will be held in St. Petersburg as it's traditional by now and the event is expectedly a very strong one. Besides the prestige of the event, a sizeable prize pool of $703,580 is another thing that attracts players to this event. The top seed is Maria Sakkari and she will be joined by other great players such as Kontaveit, Rybakina, Pavlyuchenkova, Bencic, Kvitova and more.

The winner of last year's edition is Daria Kasatkina but the defending champion won't be defending her trophy because she tested positive for COVID-19. Instead, somebody else will get the chance to win the $108,000 prize that goes to the winner. The losing player in the final will get $66,800 while semifinalists will get $39,000.
