The Prize Money and Points Breakdown has been confirmed ahead of the 2025 Qatar Open Doha, scheduled to take place between February 9-15, 2025. The tournament will feature most of the top 20 and marks the return of many top players since the Australian Open, including Iga Swiatek, Aryna Sabalenka, Coco Gauff, and Qinwen Zheng.

Now a main part of the WTA 1000 calendar, it sees Swiatek as three-time champion. She defeated Elena Rybakina loast year both return. Also Aryna Sabalenka returns for the first time in a few years. She aims to return to the winners circle in Doha. She won in 2020 and has missed it in previous years.

Madison Keys won't play in the coming weeks and will likely return at Indian Wells and Miami. She has opted for the Sabalenka Australian Open winning route and will not play in this part of the season after winning the title. Coco Gauff, Jasmine Paolini, Emma Navarro among others are also involved over the next week.

Current world No. 1 Swiatek is the defending champion and has won the title three times consecutively. She aims for her fourth trophy. She shared the record with Petra Kvitova, Victoria Azarenka, Maria Sharapova, and Anastasia Myskina, all of whom are two-time champions since the tournament's inception in 2001.
