Britain’s tennis star Emma Raducanu has finally returned to the
tennis court, much to the delight of her fans.
The 20-year-old has been sidelined for a while because of
multiple injuries and it is because of this reason she ended up missing two out
of the three Grand Slams this year, including Wimbledon.
But there is finally some good news for the fans of Raducanu
as she posted her videos on the social media platform Instagram where she can be
seen doing some light training.
The Toronto-born emerged onto the scene after winning the
US Open in 2021 following her victory over Canada’s Leylah Fernandez in
straight sets with a score of 6-4, 6-3.
That win was an extra special one considering that Raducanu
started the competition through the qualifying stage.
However, since then, not much has gone right for once the
young tennis sensation as she suffered from fitness concerns.
Since then, Raducanu has never managed to play beyond the second
round of any Grand Slam. Earlier this year, she was knocked out from the round
of 64 of the Australian Open after losing to America’s Coco Gauff.
