Eugenie Bouchard has had an up-and-down career on the WTA circuit, finishing runner-up at the Wimbledon Championships in 2014 but has since been marred by injuries that has seen her ranking fall out of the Top 200.
The Canadian attempted another comeback in 2021, losing in the final at Guadalajara before sustaining a shoulder injury. During her rehab, the 27-year old began working as a color commentator for Tennis Channel.
During the BNP Paribas Open
Indian Wells event, Bouchard hopped on Instagram Live with fellow commentator Steve Weissman, as he proceeded to ask her questions that ranged from her time on court to favorite WTA players on Tour. Bouchard seemed a lot more open during this interview, as she continues to grow in her new role on commentary.
