VIDEO: Iga Swiatek chats with Daniela Hantuchova for Roland Garros

Iga Swiatek as the defending champion of Roland Garros had a chat with Daniela Hantuchova where she talked about the event.

Hantuchova opened the interview by welcoming Iga to the official YouTube channel of Roland Garros and asked her what's the first thing Swiatek thinks of when she hears Roland Garros. Swiatek said:

"Hard one actually, because so many emotions. I was unable to process that. It all seems kind of blurry for me. Being proud of myself is the strongest emotion."

Swiatek also spoke about the time she finally realized she was a Grand Slam champion with her saying that it came when she went on holidays much after the event.

Hantuchova also asked Swiatke when did she start believing that she could win the event and Iga said:

"When I played Simona I had some doubts because of 2019. After the match I gained much more confidence."

Hantuchova asked Swiatek if she has any superstitions that help her to which Iga said:

"I'm not superstitious but I like to keep my routines. We are just going to have to see what it looks like."
