(VIDEO) "They have proof that I'm the worst dancer": Aryna Sabalenka leads crowd in dance TikTok after Australian Open win

Aryna Sabalenka's quest for an Australian Open hat-trick begun on Sunday and the World No.1 was in fighting form both on the court and also in leading the crowd into a dance afterwards.

During her on-court interview with Jelena Dokic, Sabalenka was asked about her tradition of a dance routine with her team on TikTok which ropes in her coaches to dance with her.

"I'm not the best dancer, but I try my best," the World No.1 said after the viral video was played on Rod Laver Arena.

"You always dance, but there's no one in the crowd," Dokic pointed out and Sabalenka accepted the challenge dangled in front of her.

As a result, Sabalenka led the crowd with an on-court TikTok filmed. "You just did your cool down, so that was good. But I have to go to the physio," Dokic joked.

Sabalenka had just defeated Sloane Stephens as she aims to become the first woman since Martina Hingis to pull off a three-peat in Melbourne. She will also look to be the first top seed since Ash Barty to win the tournament since 2022.
