WTA Entry List 2024 Cincinnati Open featuring Swiatek, Gauff, Sabalenka and Paolini

The 2024 Cincinnati Open (Western & Southern Open) is one of the most popular events on the WTA calendar, as several top players compete at the hard court event in an attempt to get ready for the US Open from August 13-19, 2024.

A WTA 1000 event, the Cincinnati Open is hosted in Cincinnati, United States. The tournament boasts a rich history of prestigious champions, as Serena Williams, Victoria Azarenka and Ashleigh Barty have all emerged victorious at the event.

Gauff to defend title, Paolini could continue hot streak

American phenom Coco Gauff won her maiden WTA 1000 trophy last summer in Cincinnati, followed by her first Grand Slam title at Flushing Meadows. Gauff will be hoping to follow the same path this season, and will likely fancy her chances on the faster North American hard courts.

World No.1 Iga Swiatek has been scheduled to compete, alongside reigning Australian Open champion Aryna Sabalenka. Breakout star Jasmine Paolini will also be competing at the event, the Italian is having her best year on the WTA tour, reaching the final of the French Open and Wimbledon this season.
