Rain prevented 11 matches taking place at the US Open on Wednesday and as a result the Thursday schedule is stacked in order to catch up. Rafael Nadal is among the main names to be in action facing Thanasi Kokkinakis.
It all begins at the Arthur Ashe Stadium with Alexander Zverev facing off against Frances Tiafoe. Zverev leads the Head to Head's but Tiafoe's only victory against him came in a hard court tie two years ago in Cincinnati so it could prove an important stat.
Zverev stuttered through against Radu Albot so he will be hoping for a similar performance on Thursday night.
Daniil Medvedev is also in action as he looks to continue his excellent form as of late against Hugo Dellien.
The Russian is coming off winning his first ATP Masters 1000 title in Cincinnati and despite never reaching a Grand Slam Quarter-Final in his career, he remains one of the favourites this week.
Other players involved today include Gael Monfils, John Isner and Marin Cilic as the draw plays catch up at Flushing Meadows.
