2021 Argentina Open Draw with Schwartzman, Garin, Kecmanovic
The Buenos Aires Lawn Tennis Club will host the 21st edition of the Buenos Aires Open, gathering seven top-50 players in the chase for 250 points and the trophy.
Gustavo Kuerten, Carlos Moya, Guillermo Coria, Gaston Gaudio, David Nalbandian, Tommy Robredo, Juan Carlos Ferrero, David Ferrer and Rafael Nadal have all won the title here in the past, joined by Dominic Thiem, the champion from 2016 and 2018.
After an early exit in Cordoba, the Roland Garros semi-finalist and the top seed Diego Schwartzman will try to bounce back and seek the crown in front of the home fans. Diego will face Andrej Martin, Facundo Bagnis or Frances Tiafoe en route to the semis, looking good to pass the opening two obstacles and advance into the last four.
Miomir Kecmanovic and Laslo Djere lead the second quarter, battling against Roberto Carballes Baena, Thiago Monteiro, Juan Manuel Cerundolo and Marco Cecchinato. In the bottom half, Cristian Garin, Pablo Andujar, Juan Ignacio Londero, Benoit Paire and Albert Ramos-Vinolas will seek the final spot.
