The ATP Masters event in Madrid is a longstanding event with one of the most beautiful venues in the world the so-called "Caja Magica". Players love coming to the Spanish capital and competing at this event for the opportunity to lift the trophy as well as the €6,744,165 prize pool. Alexander Zverev won the trophy last year and he will be back this year to try and defend his trophy.
Besides Zverev we will see many other tennis greats such as Djokovic, Nadal, Tsitsipas, Alcaraz and more. As well as Iga Swiatek, Paula Badosa, Maria Sakkari and Garbine Muguruza highlighting the WTA field which carries the same prize money due to its equal footing on the 1000 circuit.
