The clay event in Lyon returns in 2022 from May 15th till May 21st with a solid prize pool of 534,555 euros and an okay field headlined by Norrie, Carreno Busta, Monfils and more.
The 2021 event proved a very successful one with Stefanos Tsitsipas snatching the title after accepting a late wild card entry. This year he won't be returning to defend his title as of now but he could always use another late wild card entry if he feels like it. The top seed is Cameron Norrie with Pablo Carreno Busta, Gael Monfils and Alex de Minaur the most notable players attending.
