"Alcaraz if Nadal is not present": Tsonga gives his Roland Garros prediction with Djokovic snub

Jo-Wilfriend Tsonga snubbed Novak Djokovic as Roland Garros champion picking Carlos Alcaraz as the most likely to win if Rafael Nadal doesn't play at the event.

Tsonga and Djokovic have had matches over the years with the Serbian beating Tsonga in a grand slam final as well. The French player retired last year at Roland Garros and he thinks that Rafael Nadal is most likely to win the event once more. It's not a shocking opinion as many would agree but his preparation will be pretty lousy compared to most years.

If Nadal is not there, Tsonga likes Alcaraz the best to win:

“If Rafa is there, I still want to say that he will be the favourite. And there is Djokovic in ambush of course. He is still the potential best player of all time. I admit that Alcaraz is still playing very, very well. And then we have to see if Rafa will be there or not. Because for me, the favorite is Alcaraz if Nadal is not present."
