Day Three is here at the Abierto Mexicano Telcel in Acapulco and we take a look at the Schedule of Play for the ATP side to the draw and preview tonight's action.

The star match in the Schedule of Play involves the star name in Acapulco this week in Rafael Nadal who will take on the in-form Miomir Kecmanovic.

Nadal eased past Pablo Andujar in a 6-3, 6-2 victory last night and while Kecmanovic defeated Alex de Minaur in three sets who was just returning to action and is in good form, he might be in for a tough night against the Spaniard. Definitely an intriguing clash, can the Serbian do the unthinkable?

Before that headline match on the main court, it is Adrian Mannarino taking on Grigor Dimitrov. The Frenchman came from a set down to dispel Cameron Norrie, while Dimitrov defeated Damir Dzumhur with both players claiming some much needed momentum.

Dimitrov will look to do as usual and that is to use his forehand as his weapon of choice and this could hurt the Frenchman.

Wawrinka to impress once more against Martinez?

Before that American qualifier Tommy Paul faces a stern test with number two seed Alexander Zverev. The former won an all American tie against Mackenzie McDonald 6-7, 6-4, 6-4 and while the Australian Open semi-finalist took a while to get going against Jason Jung it was a thoroughly impressive performance that he will hope to repeat again en route to the Quarter-Finals.

On Grandstand, you have two quality matches to end proceedings in Ugo Humbert who profited off Nick Kyrgios' retirement and Taylor Fritz who came into Acapulco in poor form but will have left his tie with John Millman feeling a lot more confident. A potential outsider for match of the day.

While Stan Wawrinka as the experienced player in his match with Pedro Martinez will hope to prove that against the Spaniard who defeated Radu Albot who is coming back slowly after injury and for the Swiss ace he will hope to show his power in defeating the 22 year old who is destined for a bright future.

Edmund vs Auger-Aliassime - match of the day?

To kick proceedings off on Grandstand is probably the most intriguing match of the day and that is between Kyle Edmund and Felix Auger-Aliassime. The former is on a six match winning streak after winning in New York and he lost just five games in defeating Feliciano Lopez.

Auger-Aliassime though proved his class with a fine display against Alex Bolt to cement his great start to the season with finals in Marseille recently and at the ABN AMRO in Rotterdam. Two players riding on a crest of a wave at the moment and one that could go the distance for sure.

Over on the fourth court we also have the matter of Soon-woo Kwon against Dusan Lajovic and John Isner versus Marcos Giron. In the first game all eyes will be on Lajovic to see if he can reproduce his excellence from when he played Steve Johnson and whether Kwon can keep his power at bay.

For Isner it is very much avoiding the shock and impressing after defeating Mischa Zverev in his opener and he could likely have it his own way again as he searches for the Quarter-Finals and a return to form.
