The ATP resumes it's Asian swing with another stop in Beijing, China for the
China Open, which will run from September 28-October 4, 2023.
An ATP 500 event, the China Open was last held in 2019 and took a hiatus due to the pandemic. Dominic Thiem prevailed in that year's edition, but the Austrian is currently not scheduled to participate in this year's edition.
Djokovic absent, Alcaraz, Medvedev pick up the slack
Six-time champion Novak Djokovic is also not scheduled to compete in Beijing, but the event will not be lacking in star power.
Carlos Alcaraz,
Daniil Medvedev and
Stefanos Tsitsipas will be present. Danish star
Holger Rune will also feature at the event, alongside former World No.2 Casper Ruud.
