It's been a very good ATP Finals so far with a lot of great tennis played. The surface in Turin is very fast allowing for some fast-paced and attacking tennis that makes great entertainment. On day 3 we will see two very interesting matchups with one plot twist highly likely. Matteo Berrettini is set to play tomorrow against Hubert Hurkacz but it remains to be seen whether Berrettini will be able to go.
If he doesn't go the match at 21:00 CET will be played between Jannik Sinner and Hubert Hurkacz. That would be an interesting affair as well with the Italian certainly enjoying great support from his native crowd. Either way, an Italian is set to play in the evening match which should make the atmosphere great.
Before that match, we will have the first match of the day and it's truly a special one. Daniil Medvedev will take on Alexaner Zverev for the rematch of the Paris Masters semifinal where Medvedev dominated. The German should offer more fight tomorrow as he is better rested than in that match where it was evident that Zverev was very tired.
Whether that will be enough to usurp Medvedev from the first place in the group remains to be seen but either way, it's going to be a spectacle. Don't miss it and if you do we will have a report for you ready.
14:00 Medvedev D. (Rus) - Zverev A. (Ger)
21:00 Berrettini M. (Ita) - Hurkacz H. (Pol)
