ATP Prize Money Leaders Update: Jannik Sinner continues to build lead over Alexander Zverev as Wimbledon hero Arthur Fery big winner

The ATP Prize Money Leaders have a familiar look to it at the top of the order but some big moves down below which has caught the tennis world's attention.

We are set to soon make the transition from grass to hardcourt with the North American hardcourt swing soon to commence, but first many talents have returned to clay for a few tournaments. Andrey Rublev and Stefanos Tsitsipas are the notable winners, taking home titles which have in turn seen them rise up the list while others stay firmly planted following a dramatic Wimbledon.

A lot of money was offered out in the third major tournament of the year with the opportunistic players collection a huge amount of cash for their troubles. These eye-watering sums will continue to rise with the US Open just over a month away.

Jannik Sinner currently cannot be stopped with him regaining his footing on top of the world. His Roland Garros failure turned out to be a blip as he showed his class enroute to defending his Wimbledon title. Almost $5 million was earned from that trip to the South of London, not a bad couple of weeks worth. He is now sitting on a staggering $11.6 million earned this year with his five Masters 1000 triumphs also lucrative title triumphs.

Alexander Zverev has seen himself fall further behind Sinner in front but his impressive form edges him further away from the stranded Carlos Alcaraz. A fifth Grand Slam final ended in defeat, but without the burden of not having one under his belt thanks to Roland Garros. He is closing on the $9 million mark, far clear of Alcaraz who has not stepped onto the court since mid-April.

Despite this, he remains in front of the rest in third. Flavio Cobolli continued his excellent Grand Slam form with another quarter-final at SW19. Despite playing in only five tournaments this year, Novak Djokovic has hit a satisfying landmark right on the nose, sat on exactly $3 million after yet another major semi-final blow against Sinner.

Coincidentally, Alex de Minaur, Daniil Medvedev and Felix Auger-Aliassime have all earned the exact same amount of prize money in 2026, amassing $2.77 million each. This places them sixth, seventh and eighth respectively.

The top 10 is culminated by a brace of Americans. Ben Shelton has the high ground on Taylor Fritz but the gap was closed at Wimbledon. Fritz made great ground on a surface he adores, reaching two final, although no titles, and a quarter-final at Wimbledon with Shelton watching on following his early exit.

Arthur Fils has seen his progress stall in recent times thanks to injuries, thus seeing him fall down to 14th, the lowest ranked player with over $2 million earned. Rafael Jodar is the youngest player in the top 50. The 19-year-old slots in 19th, a spot behind the recent Bastad Open champion Andey Rublev.

Arthur Fery is a noticeable inclusion this high up the list. Wimbledon started out as a horror show for the Brits, but Fery proved to be the one to watch. His run to the semi-finals was a brilliant spectacle and an unlikely feat which has now seen him rise among the elite. He earned around $1.2 million from one tournament, shooting up the order into 22nd.
