WTA Prize Money Leaders Update: Czech brilliance as Linda Noskova and Karolina Muchova headline risers following Wimbledon runs
WTA
The WTA Prize Money Leaders have once more been shaken up with a lot of money being dished out following a lucrative Wimbledon for many players.
As the players set to once more make a transition back to hardcourt with the North American hardcourt swing just around the corner, a number of competitors have capitalised on the prizes on offer on grass. They have seen themselves become a lot richer thanks to deep runs and heroic title charges while others missed out.
While there are some clay tournaments currently ongoing, not too many of the top players in the world are competing with the forefront of this list not set to be altered too much compared to the conclusion of Wimbledon.
Wimbledon heroes Noskova and Muchova standout earners as Sabalenka, Rybakina, Swiatek miss out
Linda Noskova is having a brilliant year, but all her prior achievements have been eclipsed after what was a brilliant grass swing. Winning a second WTA 500 title at the Berlin Ladies Open was just the warm-up act as she stunned the field to go and win Wimbledon. Clinching over $4.8 million (£3.6 million) following her win against fellow Czech Karolina Muchova, she has risen to the top of the standings with a whopping $6.02 million earned.

Another Grand Slam champion in 2026 follows. However, Mirra Andreeva could not keep up the brilliant form on clay to grass and is surpassed at the top. More disappointment for Aryna Sabalenka and Elena Rybakina sees them bumped down to third and fourth respectively.
Muchova's final at SW19 was on top of the Bad Homburg title she collected. A lot of money will be going her way, and this spell sees her climb to fifth in these rankings. Her form in 2026 has been extremely impressive with a debut in the WTA Finals on the cards.

Karolina Muchova lost in the final of Wimbledon 2026
Coco Gauff hits the $4 million mark following her semi-final run with Ukrainian duo Elina Svitolina and Marta Kostyuk sitting close behind. Kostyuk made more ground on her fellow countrywomen after another successful tournament. Jessica Pegula has been rewarded for consistent performances, slotting in ninth with more than $3.2 million earned.
Iga Swiatek is used to being at the top of these lists, but her poor form has continued with a failed title defence at Wimbledon. She remains in the top 10 and has still amassed a large chunk of change, but by her standards this is far down on what she is expecting, still waiting for her first WTA final in 2026.

Maja Chwalinska had a quiet grass campaign as she still comes to terms with her new position in the WTA rankings. Naomi Osaka showed some real form on a surface not usually accustomed to. She will be one to watch with a return to hardcourt around the corner. She is just ahead of Victoria Mboko who will not be earning anything on court for a long period of time following that nasty knee injury suffered at Queen's Club Championships.
