ATP RANKINGS UPDATE as Novak DJOKOVIC continues to lead, Ugo HUMBERT rises towards top 10 and Casper RUUD returns after short absence

Novak Djokovic has begun a 415th week as World Number One in the newly released ATP rankings as he heads towards 418 weeks in early April which sees the Serbian double the maximum tally ever held by Rafael Nadal.

Djokovic has 9,675 points to his name and has a chance to increase that tally at Indian Wells. It is the gap between Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz though that is more likely to change hands with only 535 points between the pair. Sinner will usurp him if he makes it further in Indian Wells.

Casper Ruud has returned to the top 10 further down as he rose two spots following his run to the final in Acapulco. Alex de Minaur despite retaining the title was left falling down as he slipped to No.10 this week. But it was glory for Ugo Humbert and a further ranking rise in Dubai as he shifted up to World No.14. A new career high and up four spots.

New career highs also for Santiago champion, Sebastian Baez who is up to World No.19. Just below, Alexander Bublik is up to World No.20 after losing to Humbert. While Jack Draper is into a career high of No.37 with Cameron Norrie's British No.1 next in his sights.
