A strong week of tennis is behind us with the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters and we also have a new rankings update. Novak Djokovic did not play well in Monaco but the Serbian got a match in and he will be glad he did. It's been a lack of those recently. He did extend his lead over Medvedev as the Russian is still out following hernia surgery.
