Novak Djokovic will head to the Tokyo Olympic Games as the best player in the world as the new ranking still have him ahead of Daniil Medvedev.

It was a calm week before the Olympic storm with several events going on but no top player played. Most of them are preparing for the Olympics including Djokovic who was training in Montenegro ahead of travelling to Tokyo. He will land in Japan as the best player in the world as the new ranking still have him ahead of Medvedev.

There haven't been any changes in the top 10 with Carreno Busta and Ruud inching closer to it with two title runs last week. Carreno Busta is now ranked 11th while Ruud is 14th. Filip Krajinovic reached the Hamburg final and he is now 34th after jumping 10 spots.

Other notable jumps are Coria who jumped 15 spots to 62 and Anderson who jumped 39 spots to 74. Two players have achieved a new career-high ranking and they are Coria at 62 and Rinderknech at 100.
