The semifinals day at the bett1HULKS Championship will feature two matches with Zverev vs Sinner drawing special attention.
The bett1HULKS Championship is entering its final days as the semifinals unfold on Saturday with two interesting matches. The programme will start in the early evening as Zverev will take on Sinner. It's a very strong matchup and it should be a delight for the native German crowd to see Zverev in the semifinal. His performance against Mannarino was solid but he had some hip issues which bothered him through the match. The Italian has played well as well but he also had issues against Simon. They have played once in their career and it was recently at the French Open where Sinner won 3-1. Zverev played that match sick so the result should be taken with a grain of salt. The odds favour Zverev naturally but Sinner won't be without a chance.
The 2nd semifinal match will be between Felix Auger-Aliassime and Diego Schwartzman. The Canadian has been playing very well in Cologne and he will be looking to add another final to his tally like he did last week. Diego looked okay so far in Cologne but he almost went out yesterday against Davidovich Fokina. He found a way to come back heroically and win but it showed major flaws in his game. Auger-Aliassime will be aware of that game and he will look to take advantage of it. The odds favour nobody particular but whatever happens, we should expect a good game. The Canadian plays attacking tennis and Schwartzman never gives up.
