Following a spectacular season that saw him lift two Grand Slam titles, tennis sensation Carlos Alcaraz has qualified for the 2024 Nitto ATP Finals in Turin.
The year-ending ATP event will run from November 10-17, 2024, and features the eight best players at the end of the season as they compete for the prestigious title. The event has a distinguished list of previous winners, with Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic and Pete Sampras each having lifted the title on more than one occasion.

Sinner, Zverev already set for Turin

World No.1 Jannik Sinner was the first player to qualify for the elite event, as the Italian won his second Grand Slam of the season when he won the US Open title a few weeks ago. German superstar Alexander Zverev, who won the ATP Finals trophy in 2018, has had an incredible comeback season. The World No.2 has also guaranteed himself a spot in Turin, leaving only five spots left in the eight man singles field.
Alcaraz has qualified for the ATP Finals for the third consecutive year, although he did not compete in 2022 due to injury. The Spaniard lifted two more Major titles this year at Roland Garros and Wimbledon, becoming just the sixth man in the Open Era to win the French Open-Wimbledon double in the same year. Furthermore, the 21-year old won his fifth ATP Masters 1000 trophy of his career at Indian Wells, and would go on to win silver at the Paris Olympic Games this summer.
