We have our next semi-final set up at the Australian Open 2020 in the mixed doubles with Gaby Dabrowski/Henri Kontinen set to face Nikola Mektic and Barbora Krejcikova.

It will see third seeds take on fifth seeds after their respective wins on Wednesday evening in Melbourne.
Dabrowski is of course a former winner in Melbourne teaming with Mate Pavic in 2018; while Kontinen has won mixed doubles Grand Slam titles before as well as in the men's doubles at the Australian Open.
They defeated sixth seeds Ivan Dodig and Latisha Chan; in a tight tussle 7-5, 7-6 (7-2) to move through.
One half of their opponents in the next round though already has a win over Dabrowski in Melbourne and that is Krejicikova in the Women's Doubles; who ended the run of the Canadian and Jelena Ostapenko in the Quarter-Finals.
Her and partner, Mektic defeated the team of Nadiia Kichenok and Rohan Bopanna; with ease 6-0, 6-2 and will hope to take that form into their next tie.
