Novak Djokovic's charge for a 10th Australian Open title continues after seeing off Frenchman, Enzo Couacaud 6-1, 6-7 (5), 6-2, 6-0 as the Serbian ace defied crowd drama in the process.
Djokovic also survived an injury scare looking in difficulty after losing the second set tie-break but refocused to win through in just over three hours with the drama seeing him complain to umpire, Fergus Murphy over a drunk spectator abusing him.
But that did not throw him fully off course as he sailed through to a third round clash with Grigor Dimitrov.
This injury trouble happened in the second set as Djokovic became more and more hampered by his left hamstring, he played with heavy strapping and winced at 4-4 when stretching calling for an MTO at 4-5 down.
The Frenchman embraced the situation sealing the tiebreak but from there, there was no further issues as Djokovic won 12/14 of the final games in the tie to sail through.
