Judy Murray recorded her son
Andy Murray solving the Rubik’s Cube
in a super quick time and released it on social media.
The 36-year-old is currently in Melbourne where he will
begin his
Australian Open 2024 journey with the match Argentina’s Tomás Martin
Etcheverry on Monday.
Judy, in a post on her official account on social media
platform X — previously known as Twitter — shared a video of her son solving the Rubik's
Cube in super quick time. She can be heard saying in the background: "Does
he have to be brilliant at everything?"
Murray will be hoping that this year, he will have a much
better time compared to how it was in 2023 where he failed to qualify in the fourth
round or beyond of any Grand Slam.
His best last season came at the Australian Open where he
was knocked out after losing in the third round to Spain’s Roberto Bautista
Agut with a score of 6-1, 6-7, 6-3, 6-4.
Murray is a three-time Grand Slam winner but his last major
triumph came way back in 2016 when he lifted the Wimbledon title for the second
time in his career after beating Canada’s Milos Raonic with a score of 6–4,
7–6(7–3), 7–6(7–2).
