Nick Kyrgios has laughed off the suggestion of Rennae Stubbs that women's tennis at Roland Garros (French Open) was better than that of men's tennis.
Roland Garros is coming to a conclusion with the WTA side of the draw finishing on Saturday with the women's final. It was a really good final which saw Swiatek battle Karolina Muchova and after three sets and a lot of twists and turns, Swiatek was able to get it done in three sets to win her 3rd Roland Garros and 4th grand slam overall.
After the match, former player Rennae Stubs took to Twitter to express her thoughts noting that the conclusions of the women's side of the draw were more interesting than the men's side of the draw. She wrote:
"Don’t tell me women’s tennis boring! The semis were better and now this final is fantastic! Yes the 2nd set of Alcaraz Joker was amazing but the match was blah and the Rudd Zverev match was BLAHHH . Thank goodness for the ladies!"
Kyrgios had an interesting way to respond to that posting simply a laughing emoji.

Kyrgios doubles down

The Australian former player wasn't impressed with the response of Kyrgios so she asked him to point out what is wrong with her comment:
'Tell me where i am wrong Nick?'
Kyrgios simply doubled down by responding with another laughing emoji. It's not the first time Kyrgios commented on the things related to Roland Garros lately as he offered some comments when Alcaraz lost to Djokovic. According to the Australian, it was a disappointing end but also a valuable lesson for Alcaraz.
He's also set to make a return to tennis at the ATP event in Stuttgart which begins on June 12th. It will be the first time he's on a tennis court since January.
