Another day done and another Daily Dose of Social Media is here. Catch up on what you might’ve missed from the leading stories in tennis.

From Paris to Rabat to Lyon and everywhere in between: the Daily Dose of Social Media shows you some of the leading stories you may have missed from Friday on and off court.

Sabalenka shows off custom bag

Aryna Sabalenka is known to slay on the court not only with her tennis but also her style not only with her swagger. But also now her tennis bag.

Gifted a new one by Wilson, it says Saby on the front and also has her Tiger emblem. Synonymous with the World No.2, she also has that on her bag. Preparation has ramped up ahead of the French Open.

Alcaraz shows idol worship

Carlos Alcaraz is very much known as the supposed heir apparent to the legendary Spaniard and during a Kids Day, he was quizzed by younger fans.

He was asked among the questions who his favourite player is and it was Rafael Nadal in all facets. Not only is he his idol but also his favourite player and favourite everything.

So certainly despite dismissing the comparisons, the love for Nadal is very much there to see for Alcaraz.

Sakkari receives giant croissant

Maria Sakkari off the court is known for her love of food and coffee with the Greek being sponsored by Nespresso. But she received a huge gift amalgamating the two in Paris.

Known for croissants as a food staple, how about making it giant with the Spartan receiving a huge croissant as well as an espresso to go with it. Mooting that her fitness coach won’t be happy, it didn’t stop her. Albeit the one gripe was the lack of a sauce with Sakkari resorting to using the coffee to soak it up. Adidas certainly giving the gifts to their players.

Nadal v Zverev time decided

Tennis fans watch out as the top clash you’ve all been waiting for is set for Monday at the French Open. Rafael Nadal will face off against Alexander Zverev in a battle harking back to 2022.

Back then, Zverev suffered an unfortunate ankle injury which put him on the shelf as he was on the verge of sealing the win. He will look to rewrite those wrongs this time around as he takes to the court aiming to end his French Open career.

Djokovic worries continue

Novak Djokovic’s worries continue as he was royally trounced by Tomas Machac 6-1 in a deciding set at the Geneva Open. Used as an exercise to get him matches, he got two in but was left wanting as he went down.

He looked troubled throughout the tie and almost like he didn’t want to be there. Certainly not the signs that are wanted ahead of Roland Garros.

Wildcards for Raducanu and Wozniacki in grass court tournaments

Those preparing for the next stage include Emma Raducanu and Caroline Wozniacki. Both have announced further stops well in the case of Raducanu anyway.

She will play in Eastbourne at the end of the grass court season with only Birmingham so far not featuring her. But that tournament in its final year will receive some star power.

Wozniacki who complained about not getting wildcards through her father being interviewed has got one to play in Birmingham and the former World No.1 will head up the field alongside Jelena Ostapenko and Mirra Andreeva.

Stearns shows continued 'dawg' spirit

Peyton Stearns is into the final in Rabat with the American continuing to make superb strides and comebacks to boot.

A 6-7(6), 7-5, 7-6(4) win to follow her utterly remarkable win over Lucia Bronzetti and she will play in tomorrows final. She followed it up with the suitable reaction, the dawg in her tweet. Woof woof indeed Peyton.

Underarm serves from Bublik divide opinion

A move that will no doubt divide opinion. Alexander Bublik who is aiming to reach the Lyon final produced the ultimate showman move and the ultimate divisive state.

He hit six underarm serves in a single game. Utter madness from the Kazakh who certainly does what he likes on a tennis court.
