Andy Murray pulls out of the Dubai Championships due to an injury one day after Novak Djokovic admitted he would like to face the Brit on the court.
It was just yesterday that Novak Djokovic spoke about facing Andy Murray on a tennis court but it won't happen in Dubai. The British player had a long week in Doha reaching the final and taking on Medvedev in a losing effort. The reason was named as an injury but he's not really injured, it's mostly a precaution against getting injured.

He needs to be careful with his body because a heavy workload of 11+ hours in a week is something to keep a track of. Having played in consecutive days certainly didn't help and the Sunshine double being around the corner is something Murray is probably thinking about as well. We'll have to wait for a Djokovic - Murray matchup a bit longer.
