Gasquet-Murray is a potential QF in Rennes’ Challenger 80 next week.
After one Brit added success in Emma Raducanu overnight, Andy Murray will be hoping to return to the winners' circle himself albeit at a lower lowel.
Murray will continue to build his match practice at the Rennes' Challenger this next week as the latter half of the season begins and he could face Richard Gasquet in the Quarter-Finals.
A path which begins against Yannick Maden, he is fifth seed in the tournament against the German and could currently face Roman Safiullin if he comes through that.
While for Gasquet, he faces Kyrian Jacquet on home soil before a potential tie against Brayden Schnur or Yosuke Watanuki.
Other players involved include Gilles Simon, Arthur Rinderknech, Benjamin Bonzi and Lucas Pouille in a very French heavy field.
