Nick Kyrgios and
Boris Becker had a couple of heated conversations on Twitter in recent months, with the Aussie blasting the German legend over various opinions and issues.
Despite that, the six-time Major champion still believes that Nick Kyrgios should win at least one Wimbledon in his career, praising his booming serves and the overall package. Becker also mentioned the Australian Open clash between Kyrgios and Dominic Thiem, describing it as one of the matches of the tournament.
Kyrgios won the opening two sets in great style before falling 4-6, 4-6, 6-3, 6-4, 6-4 after three hours and 21 minutes of an epic battle, controlling his emotions and staying focused against one of the world's leading players.
"Nick Kyrgios and I have had our differences, but I have to say I was impressed with the on-court attitude at this tournament. His five-setter with Dominic Thiem was among the matches of the fortnight.
I have always thought that he should win Wimbledon at least once with the huge talent at his disposal. With that serve and his quick game, there is so much that he could achieve. Whether he does that is going to be down to one person - Nick himself," Boris Becker said.
