Novak Djokovic is in the semi-final of Dubai after beating Hubert Hurkacz 6-2 7-5 extending his winning streak to 20 matches in a row including last year.
Djokovic hasn't lost this year winning all 15 of his matches so far and if you add the ATP Finals to that he has 20 wins in a row. This was a rather comfortable overall as he cruised in the opening set 6-2 with Hurkacz struggling to create many chances. It's a tough matchup for the Polish player as he's a wall that's hard to break down.
Djokovic plays similarly but he's got the ability to loosen up and attack more which is what Hurkacz can't really do, not against Djokovic at least. The second set was more competitive because the Polish player was able to keep Djokovic from breaking the serve. He did have chances and eventually used his 5th to break and take the 6-5 lead.
