Two days after winning Wimbledon
Novak Djokovic visited Visoko in Bosnia & Herzegovina to open new tennis courts at the Pyramids complex there.
Djokovic grew fond of the nature park that is located within a 3-pyramids complex in recent years after experiencing soothing effects on his body. The Serbian is rather well known for his spiritual beliefs and he's never been shy about expressing them which has gotten him mocked more than once.
Nonetheless the Serbian frequently visits the nature park to recharge his batteries as he believes it is a special place that allows him to connect with nature. On his own initiative, tennis courts were built within the Nature Park and he opened them on Wednesday, July 13th with a couple of exhibition matches.
Djokovic has ambition to create a yearly tennis exhibition event in the complex with the hopes of making it a popular event akin to the ill-fated Adria Tour. He also intends to make it a spot where tennis players could come to practice and relax.
