Novak Djokovic will arrive in Paris after a rather shaky few weeks on clay and much of that has to do with his elbow which seems to be a prevalent issue.
The elbow issue arose in Monte-Carlo and has plagued Djokovic at all the events he played after that. He even pulled out of the Madrid Open but it seemed to be a factor in Rome as well. He did play far better in Rome than he did in the weeks before so that's a positive. He will need to get his body right if he hopes to go far in Paris according to Roddick:
