Today's men's doubles draw featured  8 matches out of which six went the full distance so plenty of doubles play on display today

Despite today's 8 matches played none of the top 8 seeded doubles were on the court today. Even so, the matches were quite interesting as 6 of them went the full distance. The only pairs that managed to advance to the next round in straight sets were Pavic / Soares who beat Bambridge and McLachlan 7-6(4) 7-5. The other were Ram / Salisbury who beat Evans and Smith 6-1 7-6(3).
