Renata Voracova was deported from Australia alongside Novak Djokovic in January but she has gotten her visa reinstated.
Reports from Australia have confirmed that a tribunal overturned the Australian visa cancellation of Renata Voracova who was deported with Novak Djokovic from the country in January. This does not mean that Djokovic's case will be the same because according to the reports the cases are quite different.
Australian newspaper The Age reported that the Administrative Appeals Tribunal of the country found that the Czech followed the correct procedures and did not break any rules with her medical exemption. The reason why Djokovic's case is different is that he was actually deported by Minister Alex Hawke who used his powers to send the Serbian back home on 'good order' grounds.
His visa was initially reinstated following a court hearing but the minister's decision cancelled it again. The same method would need to be used for Djokovic to obtain his visa again and that's something that seems likely according to early speculation with the new government.
