Following the conclusion of the 2024
Australian Open, the ATP tour will migrate to Europe for the
Open Sud de France tournament, which will be hosted in Montpellier, France from January 29-February 4, 2024.
An ATP 250 event, the Open Sud de France will feature several home talent, including former champions
Gael Monfils and Richard Gasquet. The tournament will see 28 players compete in the singles field, with 16 teams playing in the doubles event.
After a disappointing performance at the Australian Open,
Andy Murray will hope to right the ship in France. The three-time Grand Slam champion suffered an opening round loss to Tomas Etcheverry in Melbourne, and will be joined by compatriot Jack Draper, in addition to Canadian
Felix Auger-Aliassime. The
prize money offered will match the depth of the playing field, as a €579,320 prize pool is available. There will also be 250 ATP ranking points to the winner, with the full breakdown listed below.
