Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic exchange warm words on social media

Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer exchanged warm words on social media following the conclusion of the Laver Cup.

Federer retired from tennis on Friday with Novak Djokovic sitting courtside and seeing it all. The Serbian was moved by the occasion but handled it far better than Nadal who could not keep back the tears. Djokovic then posted a picture of himself and Federer on social media with the praying emoji to which Federer replied:

"Not the ending we all wanted. Thanks for a great week!”

It continued a very warm relationship the duo displayed in the previous few days. It's widely known that Djokovic and Federer don't share as close of a relationship as Federer shares with Nadal but they are still more than friendly with each other.
