Stefanos Tsitsipas lost in the final of Roland Garros which is probably the main reason the Greek has pulled out of the NOVENTI OPEN in Halle.
The NOVENTI OPEN in Halle started today but it won't feature Stefanos Tsitsipas who pulled out of the event one day after losing in the Roland Garros final. The Greek ace accepted a wild card entry into Halle hoping to start preparations for the grass season there but he changed his mind after losing in the Roland Garros final.
The final and the loss was very emotional for Tsitsipas especially after losing a family member minutes ahead of it. He mustered strength and courage a fought bravely against Novak Djokovic but the Serbian ultimately prevailed. A roller coaster of the past 48 hours for Tsitsipas factored heavily in the decision to pull out of Halle.
The Greek will take some time off before starting preparations for Wimbledon which starts on June 28th.
