The French Open is here as we head to Roland Garros for two weeks between May 25 - 8 June for the clay court portion of the season to conclude with the latest Grand Slam. Our ATP Tournament Centre gives you the inside track on Schedules, Results, Draws, Prize Money and TV Guide.
This being for the ATP tournament with Carlos Alcaraz leading the way as the defending champion in Paris. He beat Alexander Zverev last year but not without adversity. He won 6-3, 2-6, 5-7, 6-1, 6-2 in the end.
It was the last year that Rafael Nadal competed in the event. He returns this year but only for his farewell. Novak Djokovic will be involved though without Andy Murray who he recently ditched as his coach.
Jannik Sinner also returns to Grand Slam action two weeks after his return from his doping ban which saw him out from winning the Australian Open. All the other familiar faces and some new ones too in terms of the higher echelons including Jack Draper, Casper Ruud, Lorenzo Musetti all will vie for what could be the most wide open title in years.

Prize Money

With this tournament as is the case every time with Grand Slams, both ATP and WTA are equal when it comes to prize money with €2,550,000 being supplied to the winner in Euros in 2025. €1,275,000 will go to the runner-up and goes all the way down to €168,000.
This means that Iga Swiatek will accrue the same amount of money as Carlos Alcaraz if the same figures were the same in 2024 as they are this year.
