Stefanos Tsitsipas is through to the semi-final of ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament in Rotterdam after seeing off Alex de Minaur in a 6-4, 6-4 victory.
In the top half of the draw, he will now face qualifier Jiri Lehecka who saw off Lorenzo Musetti earlier today in 6-3, 1-6, 7-5 victory for a place in the final.
In the tie, Tsitsipas claimed a pivotal break in each set to edge past the Australian with De Minaur saving five break points in a marathon game before the Greek claimed the 3-2 lead.
Tsitsipas from there saved one break point at 4-3 up before sealing the set 6-4 from there.
In set two, he claimed the serve in the opening game to go 1-0 up and went 3-0 up from there with a double break as he headed towards the finishing line but this wasn't consolidated on.
De Minaur returned the favour and went 3-2 down but Tsitsipas wasn't troubled again on his service game and claimed the victory moving through in straight sets.
