You've heard of Novak Djokovic's mystery drink, step forward Carlos Alcaraz' mysterious pills which made an appearance during his match with Dan Evans on Saturday.
Djokovic was the subject of questioning from all angles for a drink that he had passed down by his team which started last year in Paris.
Supposedly, Alcaraz was handed these pills as he had some sort of illness and felt under the weather this week at the US Open. But it was a video that outraged Djokovic fans.
Mainly due to the drink going viral and Djokovic supposedly being subject to a 'tirade' for it, while Alcaraz has not received similar treatment.
