Novak Djokovic's calendar Grand Slam dream ended on Sunday evening as Daniil Medvedev was crowned the 2021 US Open champion.
Djokovic was noticebly frustrated throughout the tie including in the second set as his dream of another US Open title shortened.
He hit a routine forehand out of bounds summing up his display and took out his frustrations smashing his racquet.
