Nick Kyrgios continued to hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons during his
Miami Open defeat to
Jannik Sinner on Tuesday evening.
Kyrgios received a game penalty after smashing his racket in anger again like he did at Indian Wells which saw him claim a $25,000 fine.
He started the second set a break down and was chased bizarrely by a court invader who attempted to get a selfie.
This after he complained in the opening set about the difference between playing on Grandstand and Stadium and after receiving a prior code violation for obscenity, he continued his rant speaking to his box and shouted at the umpire to explain why he received a code violation for unsportsmanlike conduct.
He demanded to see a supervisor then as Sinner sat there looking on, he smashed his racket before being handed the game penalty.
